Kids are the best! Amanda's first words upon waking this morning were, "What did I dream about last night?" When she wants you to ask her a question, she asks you first. She proceeds to tell me that she was dreaming about her CDs and that CDs are cool... especially the Baby Einstein ones! She said, "I love CDs... and I love it when Daddy paints". (I had to agree with her on that one!) So, here we are, listening to the Neighborhood Animals Sampler. What a great way to start the day. Speaking of Amanda, she has enough hair for two ponytails now. We tried it out yesterday, and she looked SO cute!!
James popped through his fifth tooth yesterday. He is a teeth machine! I can't believe that he already has five teeth and isn't even 7 1/2 months old yet. When I spend quiet time with him each evening, I just marvel at his little feet... little hands... little everything (even his little burps). Last night after nursing him, I laid him on my chest and we just cuddled for a bit. As soon as we lay down, here comes this innocent little burp... I just had to laugh. Then, I thought about his cute, little, soft feet... one day, they will be big, stinky teenage boy feet. I'll enjoy them now, while I can!
Oscar is doing well today. Doug commented this morning that he seems to be doing better than before we took him to the vet. Of course, this was after Doug gave him a nice, long belly rub. Who wouldn't be happy after that??
The last session of the "Bear Collection" Music Class is today. It should be fun. Hard to believe that another ten weeks has passed. We'll be going to pick up Daddy for lunch at "M" (as it is now called - even by Amanda) afterwards. Should be a fun time. I haven't registered the kids for the next session (the "Monkey Collection") yet... with a name like that, it surely is hard to pass up...

How neat for Amanda! And they don't need to be teenagers to have stinky feet--hate to burst that bubble any sooner!LOL
I'm glad Oscar is acting better!
I love reading you blog!
